With many humble apologies, I tell you we want to see Centreville take a face down, mud-kissing, boot-licking fail to Robinson tonight. Don't be shocked at my language. As out of character as that mean-veined response sounds, Centreville's loss will literally be our gain. Their loss and our win will give us the title. Two wins would be a co-District title. Who wants to share? All's fair in love and football.
Cover your ears, you will surely hear us screaming from Oakton, VA tonight. It's going to be a big one. A hurricane compared to last week's quiet and subdued crowd. We won't even talk about Saturday's games. It's the end of season ordeal for two of our three younger athletes. And it's going to be cold. I hate the cold.
